When Body Sculpting Center approached us, they were struggling with a critical problem: potential clients in Pittsburgh couldn't find them online. During our initial consultation, we uncovered a significant issue—their website had originally been used for a different business, a medical spa chain in California that had since shut down. The previous marketing agency simply reused this site for Body Sculpting Center without making the necessary adjustments. As a result, search engines were still associating the business with its former California location. This misalignment was further compounded by hidden pages referencing the California location and live pages with metadata incorrectly listing the business in California, severely impacting their local search visibility.

We were brought on as the agency of record, tasked with taking over all aspects of their marketing efforts. Our first priority was to develop a proper website that accurately represented their business and optimized it for local search engine visibility, ensuring they could be easily found by potential clients in the Pittsburgh area.

Unlike the previous agency, we rooted all our efforts in ethical marketing practices, which not only corrected the existing issues but also set the foundation for long-term digital success. Our approach ensured transparency, accuracy, and compliance with best practices, allowing the Body Sculpting Center to build trust with their audience and achieve sustainable growth.

Our work extended beyond just digital visibility. We developed an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) plan that included extensive campaigns for each season, focusing on holiday promotions such as Black Friday and Christmas. This plan was designed to engage their target audience throughout the year and capitalize on key shopping periods.

We conducted thorough competitor research to strengthen our strategy further, providing the client with detailed analytics on what worked for others in the industry. This allowed us to adopt proven tactics and innovate through in-house market research, ensuring our approach was both effective and unique.

In addition to the IMC plan, we executed a comprehensive marketing strategy that included Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising—utilizing billboards, bus shelters, print media, and direct-to-consumer mailing. We also implemented a robust digital marketing campaign, encompassing Facebook and Google advertising, email marketing, social media management, and content creation.

To enhance their brand presence, we filmed and edited professional videos, giving them high-quality visual content to connect with their audience across multiple platforms.

Our approach, grounded in ethical marketing and rigorous research, was designed to resonate deeply with the local community. It drove measurable results and set the Body Sculpting Center up for lasting digital success where previous efforts had failed.
